F40T10 for use with F40T12 ballasts only.  Not for use with F32T8 ballasts.

Usage Notes:

- Lamps under 4′ in length sometimes are coupled with “starters”

- “starters” are small, cylindrical cans placed next to the ends of the lamps in some situations (using pre-heat ballasts)

- Maintenance Engineering recommends replacing the starter every time a lamp is replaced (SEE BELOW)
